We aim to make pensions issues understandable to all and to promote membership of the Fund. To help us achieve this we have a Communication Policy which outlines:

• how we communicate with our stakeholders
• the format, frequency and method of our communications
• how we promote the Scheme to prospective members and their employers..

On request we can provide information in large print, Braille, audio, electronic, other languages and British Sign Language. We also adopt the principles of Plain English in all of our documents.
